"Eskan Bank" and its subsidiaries promote a number of employees to senior management positions.

Eskan Bank - In line with Eskan Bank and its subsidiaries' commitment to developing and empowering young Bahraini leaders in the executive management and encouraging those with high efficiency and performance, the Bank and its subsidiaries announced a number of promotions among its employees to senior management positions. This step reflects the Bank's success in building, retaining, and activating its Bahraini cadres and unleashing their potential. It also aims to strengthen positions with competencies and benefit from the experiences that have proven their worth through their work in different work locations.

In this context, the following were promoted:
-Mr. Ebrahim Al-Maqahwi to Senior Manager of Internal Audit Department
-Sheikh Hamad Al Khalifa to Senior Manager of Financial Institutions and Government Programs Department
-Mrs. Latifa Al Shamlan to Senior Manager of Retail Banking Department
-Mrs. Saba Al Abbasi to Senior Manager of Risk Management Department
-Mrs. Shahla Ismail to Senior Manager of Operations Department
-Mr. Sharif Al Hamidi to Senior Manager of Financial Control Department

The following were also promoted:
-Mr. Ali Mandeel to Manager of Human Resources Department
-Mr. Ammar Ahmed to Manager of Administration Department
-Mr. Ammar Al Adraj to Manager of Eskan Properties Company
In addition to several employees in other leadership positions.
On this occasion, the Bank's General Manager, Dr. Khalid Abdulla, stated: "Based on the directives and support of Her Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of Eskan Bank’s Board of Directors, Mrs. Amina bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, and within the framework of the Bank's policy of replacing young Bahraini leaders in the management, the bank is keen to prepare its employees for promotion according to the job plans for each position, by strengthening the employees' capabilities with the responsibilities that refine them, in addition to providing training programs that develop their skills and knowledge in accordance with modern trends in each field."


It is worth noting that those who have been promoted are highly experienced and qualified in banking and operations, which they have acquired over years of work at Eskan Bank and the banking sector in general. They have proven their worth and skills in managing work, and these promotions are expected to motivate employees to exert more effort and give more to raise the level of services provided by the Bank to its valued customers.
